Crawlers - 2nd Grade
We love teaching kids about Jesus! Crawlers through age two are in our nursery (open at 9:45 AM on Sundays). Kids age 3 and up are in our big kids’ class and are dismissed to class from service after our opening songs. Our desire is to come alongside parents as they teach their kids about the good news of Jesus.
Current Unit- April 14-28
Our big kids’ class uses The Gospel Project curriculum. The Gospel Project not only teaches Bible stories - it shows how every story points to Jesus and the gospel.
Every unit has a Bible memory verse. This unit’s verse is Romans 5:8:
“but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
Every week, we teach a story from the Bible. Below are the stories we will be teaching and the Bible verses they come from.
04/14/24 - Jesus told Nicodemus about Eternal Life (John 3)
04/21/24 - Jesus told a Woman about Living Water (John 4)
04/28/24 - God Loves All People (1 Corinthians 13)
